Personal and Professional Qualifications for Success

• Experience: 2+ years of outpatient clinical experience (post-residency).
• Licensing: Current, unrestricted AZ State license or eligibility for licensure.
• Board Certification: Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) or Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification.
• DEA Registration: Active registration or eligibility to register with the Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA).
• Medicare/Medicaid Enrollment: Active enrollment or eligibility to enroll.
• Communication Skills: Strong oral and written communication abilities.
• EMR Systems: Comfortable with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems; Athena preferred.
