Qualifications / Desired Experience: Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Valid state licensure (or eligibility for licensure) as a Speech-Language Pathologist Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, though Clinical Fellows will be considered Previous experience in school-based or pediatric settings is highly valued Strong communication and organizational skills Passion for fostering development and inclusion in diverse student populations Primary Responsibilities: Conduct assessments to identify and evaluate speech, language, and communication disorders Develop and implement individual education plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support students learning and social success Provide direct and consultative therapy services to students in accordance with IEPs Maintain accurate records and document progress reports Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and staff trainings as appropriate Support generalization of students' communication skills into classroom activities Embrace this rewarding contract role, offering flexibility and the chance to gain experience with a dynamic student population.
