What You'll Do
As a key member of the accounting team, you'll play an important role in supporting the company's day-to-day financial operations by:

• Reviewing, verifying, and processing vendor invoices accurately and efficiently
• Entering and maintaining accounts payable data within the accounting system
• Preparing and processing payments, including checks, ACH transactions, and wire transfers
• Reconciling vendor statements and researching discrepancies to ensure timely resolution
• Monitoring outstanding balances and generating accounts payable aging reports
• Responding to vendor inquiries and partnering with internal departments to resolve payment-related issues
• Assisting with month-end close activities and reporting requirements
• Maintaining organized records and supporting audit requests as needed
• Providing general administrative and accounting support to the finance team

What We're Looking For

• Previous Accounts Payable experience in a professional office environment
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills and comfort working with accounting software
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to handle confidential financial information with discretion
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and prioritize competing deadlines
• Professional communication skills and a collaborative approach to problem-solving

Preferred Experience

• Prior ERP software experience
• Experience within manufacturing, distribution, or inventory-driven environments
