Advanced Services Technician

Overview Ford Office Technologies is seeking a motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as an Advanced Services Technician. Work hours are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Responsibilities Provide advanced IT services by administering and managing MSP tools (remote management & monitoring, ticketing systems, backup software, etc.). Microsoft 365 Administration experience, including Entra and Intune. Basic administration of server technology (Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, etc.). Knowledge of Microsoft Azure or similar cloud technologies. Security software administration (EDR, web filtering, Managed Detection & Response, etc.). Manage Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) platforms. Familiarity with email security platforms, external DNS providers, and remote access software. Demonstrate initiative and ownership of tasks with the ability to work under tight deadlines. Qualifications Self-starter with the initiative to take ownership of tasks. Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities. Solid troubleshooting skills and effective communication. Proven track record of efficient, timely work under deadlines. Meticulous attention to detail and ability to sustain high productivity. Ability to follow directions with minimal daily supervision.
