# Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse (RN) – Progressive Care Unit (PCU) – Kansas

Start Date: September 22, 2026

Location: Wichita, Kansas

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: Night Shift, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM | Every other weekend required | Float capability to other units as needed

• 14-bed Progressive Care Unit with 4:1 patient-to-nurse ratio
• Case mix includes patients requiring chest tubes, IV pumps, medication drips, central lines, and post-catch recovery care
• Collaborate with a skilled team of RNs and PCTs in a patient-centered environment
• Electronic Medical Record system: Meditech
• Travel assignment with competitive benefits and support

• Active RN license in Kansas or compact state eligibility
• Minimum 1 year of current hospital Progressive Care Unit (PCU) experience required
• Current BLS, ACLS, and NIH Stroke Scale certifications required
• Knowledge of medication drips, central line management, and post-procedure recovery preferred
• Willingness to float to other units as needed
