Summit Floor Coverings-Office Administrator

Summit Floor Coverings is looking for a full-time Office Administrator. The schedule is Monday-Friday 8am-4pm. We are seeking someone who enjoys working with customers, supporting a sales team, and keeping our showroom and office running smoothly. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, pays attention to detail, and understands the importance of providing excellent customer service and flooring deliveries. Responsibilities Answer incoming calls and assist customers with a friendly, professional attitude Support sales representatives, contractors, and customers with pricing, quotations, and order processing Process sales orders, purchase orders Track stock orders, special orders, backorders, and deliveries Maintain accurate product pricing, showroom displays, and price lists Communicate with vendors and manufacturers regarding products and order status Maintain organized records, customer files Keep the showroom and office organized, professional, and well-stocked Coordinate customer appointments and provide administrative support to the sales team Receiving and billing Requirements Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook Ability to multitask, solve problems, and meet deadlines Dependable, professional, and motivated work ethic Previous office administration, sales support, or customer service experience preferred Flooring or building-materials industry experience is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr Crook Industries
