East Cooper Medical Center (ECMC) has comprehensive maternity services that are designed with mothers and babies in mind. ECMC has a Level II nursery and has maternal-fetal care specialists with advanced technology, as well as IBCLC certified lactation consultants. ECMC sees approximately 1,800 annual deliveries.

Just across the iconic Ravenel Bridge, Mount Pleasant is a refreshing change of pace from busy Charleston.
