Registered Nurse - Behavioral Health

Schedule

This is a night shift position, scheduled from 19:00 to 07:30, with guaranteed hours of 36 per week. Weekend hours will be required every other week or as needed.

Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and proactive Registered Nurse specializing in Behavioral Health to provide high-quality care for patients aged 18-99. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of mental health as a legitimate illness, with experience in detox, depression, and psychosis management.

Responsibilities

• Deliver nursing care to patients in the Behavioral Health unit.
• Work collaboratively across various units as needed.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the Electronic Health Record (EHR).
• Monitor patient conditions and provide appropriate interventions.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• 1 year of nursing experience with Behavioral Health focus.
• Current RN licensure in Ohio.
• Certifications: BLS and HWC required prior to start.
