About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to take on a strategic, high-impact role as a Virtual Chief Financial Officer. The successful candidate will not only be responsible for traditional financial reporting but will also play a key part in shaping the future of growing businesses in the construction industry. This role is fully remote and offers the opportunity to work with diverse clients, providing exposure to different growth stages within the industry. The CFO will serve as the lead financial advisor to client leadership teams, oversee financial operations, and provide strategic consulting on a range of financial matters. Applicants for the Chief Financial Officer position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, with an active CPA being highly preferred. A minimum of 6 years' experience in CFO, Controller, or financial advisory roles is required, with a focus on supporting businesses in the $1M–$50M revenue range. The role demands a candidate with a strong commercial mindset, adept at solving complex financial challenges, and who is proficient in accounting platforms and Excel. The CFO will be expected to build and manage KPI-driven financial forecasts, analyze financial data for decision-making, and ensure the success of client engagements. The position is ideal for a professional who is looking to move beyond transactional accounting and is ready to make a significant impact in a collaborative, high-caliber team environment.
