Job Title: Inventory Specialist
Location: Pleasant Prairie CTDI
Schedule: 1st shift 6am-2:30pm
Pay Rate: $16.50

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Specialist to join our team. The Inventory Specialist plays a key role in maintaining inventory accuracy and supporting the overall inventory management program. This position is responsible for overseeing inventory processes and procedures, analyzing inventory data, and ensuring the efficient management of large-volume, small-part inventories.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and maintain inventory control processes and procedures for the designated program.
• Manage and monitor large-volume inventories consisting of small parts and components.
• Perform inventory audits, cycle counts, and reconciliations to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Analyze large amounts of inventory data and identify key trends, discrepancies, and actionable insights.
• Maintain accurate inventory records within inventory management systems.
• Investigate and resolve inventory variances in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with warehouse, operations, and management teams to ensure inventory integrity.
• Generate reports and provide recommendations to improve inventory accuracy and efficiency.
• Organize and prioritize multiple inventory-related tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Follow company safety and quality standards at all times.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
• Previous inventory, warehouse, logistics, or supply chain experience preferred.
• Experience working with large-volume, small-part inventories is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory management systems.
• Ability to organize, interpret, and analyze large amounts of data.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
