Rewind Operator

We're seeking a dependable Rewinder Operator for a 2nd shift associate-to-hire opportunity in Tiffany Springs, MO. This position offers a MondayThursday schedule (3:45 PM2:15 AM) with weekends off and paid training on day shift for the first couple of weeks. It's an excellent opportunity for someone with manufacturing or machine operation experience who has a strong attention to detail, values quality, and enjoys working in a fast-paced production environment. Rewind Operator Responsibilities:

• Operate rewinder equipment to process rolls of material into the required unwind position according to job specifications
• Continuously inspect materials for print quality, seam quality, and other product defects
• Identify, remove, and correct defective material through proper splicing procedures
• Utilize hand tools including rulers, safety knives, and hole punches during splicing and production processes
• Handle, move, and palletize finished rolls while preventing product damage
• Understand and identify common printing, seam, and material defects
• Accurately record production data and complete required paperwork
• Enter production information into company operating systems and databases
• Follow all quality standards, production procedures, and safety guidelines

Requirements for Rewind Operator:

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Previous manufacturing, production, machine operation, or converting experience preferred
• Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
• Ability to calculate label counts, conversions, measurements, and quantities
• Ability to use basic Windows-based computer applications and data entry systems
• Strong attention to detail and quality control
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced production environment
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
• Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the work shift
• Ability to reach, grasp, feel, and manipulate objects and controls
• Ability to occasionally climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
• Ability to regularly lift, carry, push, or move up to 50 pounds
