In this role, you will design, build, and manage infrastructure platforms that scale with business growth. You'll work across bare metal, hypervisors, containers, and public cloud environments, ensuring high performance and reliability. Your day-to-day work will involve system installation and configuration, performance optimization, monitoring and alerting, automation, and tool development. This hands-on role requires technical depth and collaboration across teams.Key ResponsibilitiesManage systems at scale through standardization, automation, testing, and monitoringDefine and enforce infrastructure standards for source control, testing, CI/CD, OS, patches, and configuration managementSupport a distributed compute environment and multi-petabyte storage platformsInstall, configure, and monitor RHEL-based Linux systemsTroubleshoot hardware and software issues across the full stackPartner with stakeholders to prioritize and deliver both short-term and long-term objectivesRequired Qualifications5 years of experience in infrastructure engineering with strong Linux administration expertiseProficiency with configuration management tools (Chef, Ansible, or similar)Hands-on experience with distributed storage systems and protocols (NFS, GPFS, WEKA)Programming skills in Python or another modern language (Go, Rust, etc.)Knowledge of modern development practices (version control, agile, CI/CD)Experience with observability tools (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana, Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana)Familiarity with cloud providers (AWS, GCP)Strong problem-solving skills in fast-paced environmentsBachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical disciplineExcellent written and verbal communication skillsWhat We OfferExposure to large-scale compute and storage challengesA collaborative technical team environmentContinuous learning and professional growth opportunities Career Developers
