Batteries Plus Bulbs in Redding Ca is seeking to hire a Full-time Device Repair Technician / Sales Associate to provide top-notch customer service and to repair customers' devices. We pay our Retail Sales Associate / Device Repair Technician a competitive starting wage of $17-$17.5 / hour to start + performance incentives paid every 2 weeks with the potential for growth . We offer sick leave, PTO, employee discounts, health insurance and a 401K plan with matching. For those with the right aptitude and skills, training and certification is available. THE POSITION
Every day you will meet new people and sell products, services, and solutions. You will recommend the right battery or bulb for the customer's application,
Use your mechanical skills to repair our customers' cell phones, tablets, and other devices. Learn to program and cut keyfobs. Experience and our training will provide you with confidence to assist our customers with their technology problems.
QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 6 months work experience, technical experience preferred, but not required
- Computer skills
- Ability to lift 50LBS
- Customer service and retail sales experience are preferred, but not required.
