Key Responsibilities Drive occupancy growth, leasing performance, and resident retention Lead, mentor, and develop leasing and maintenance team members Manage property budgets, forecasting, collections, and delinquency Improve operational efficiencies and maximize NOI Ensure outstanding customer service and resident satisfaction Conduct regular property inspections and maintain curb appeal standards Oversee vendor relationships, contracts, and compliance requirements Execute marketing and outreach initiatives to increase visibility and traffic Analyze property performance metrics and implement action plans to achieve goals What We’re Looking For Minimum 2 years of Community Manager experience in large-format multifamily housing Demonstrated success managing apartment communities Bilingual strongly preferred Strong experience with accounts payable, budgeting, collections, and financial reporting Proven ability to improve property performance and lead teams through change #J-18808-Ljbffr Brookside Properties, Inc.
