Service Manager - HVAC

Position Overview
The Service Manager - HVAC is responsible for overseeing and managing the service operations within the HVAC department. This role involves ensuring high-quality service delivery, managing a team of technicians, and maintaining strong relationships with clients in the commercial sector. The Service Manager will also be tasked with driving operational efficiency and implementing best practices within the team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and lead a team of HVAC technicians in service operations.
  • Ensure timely and high-quality service delivery to commercial clients.
  • Manage scheduling and dispatching of service calls to technicians.
  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures for service operations.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and address any service-related concerns.
  • Oversee inventory management and procurement of necessary parts and equipment.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in HVAC service management or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and mechanical principles.
  • Experience in the construction and commercial service sectors.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
