Stratus designs spaces that work, last, and make an impact. The Role We are seeking a Senior Interior Architect / Design Lead to join our multidisciplinary architecture and engineering practice. This role is central to delivering integrated, human‑centered environments that align brand, operations, and long‑term adaptability. Unlike traditional roles that separate programming, design, and documentation, this position leads projects end‑to‑end—from early visioning and space strategy through construction implementation—while mentoring teams and contributing to business development.
