Job Details Job Location: Ringgold, LA 71068 Position Type: PRN Licensed PRN Speech‑Language Pathologist (Skilled Nursing Facility) Status: PRN (as‑needed) Setting: Skilled Nursing Facility Schedule: Flexible, as‑needed shifts (realistic daily scheduling to support work–life balance) Pay: Competitive hourly rate based on experience Benefits Flexible, PRN schedule Supportive, therapist‑ and veteran‑owned company culture Opportunities to work with diverse patient populations Professional development and growth opportunities About Us 25+ years as a leading skilled health care provider Therapist‑ and veteran‑owned Focused on industry‑leading, patient‑centered care Realistic scheduling for better work environment and outcomes Position Summary As a Speech‑Language Pathologist, you will: Assess, diagnose, and treat communication and swallowing disorders Address speech, language, voice, fluency, and cognitive‑communication needs Help patients improve function and overall quality of life Key Responsibilities Conduct evaluations for speech, language, voice, fluency, and swallowing Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs Provide therapy for articulation, cognitive‑communication, and swallowing Educate patients, families, and caregivers on strategies and techniques Collaborate with OTs, PTs, physicians, and nursing staff for comprehensive care Document patient progress and update treatment plans accuratelyStay current with best practices and advances in speech‑language pathology Qualifications Master’s degree in Speech‑Language Pathology (accredited program) Valid state SLP license CCC‑SLP from ASHA preferred Prior speech therapy experience preferred (new grads welcome) Strong communication, problem‑solving, and patient‑care skills CPR certification preferred Work Environment PRN (as‑needed) role with flexible scheduling options in a Skilled Nursing Facility. Ability to work independently and provide high‑quality, evidence‑based care.
