At Total Care Connections, we're growing every week and bringing on 5–10 new clients and patients across Colorado Springs, Fountain, Black Forest, Falcon, Manitou Springs, Monument, Peyton, and Pueblo.

We're hiring caregivers and home care professionals who want to provide compassionate, high-quality care to seniors, veterans, and adults with disabilities.

Starting at $17 and up depending on experience and certification level

All shifts available: days, nights, weekends, and 24-hour live-in opportunities

Paid, on-the-job training (no certification required to start)

Caregiver responsibilities:

Provide compassionate in-home care and companionship
Assist with personal care, meals, and mobility
Help with errands, light housekeeping, and medication reminders
Communicate client changes promptly
Deliver care that promotes dignity and comfort

Requirements:

Availability for various shifts (day, night, weekend)
Prior caregiving experience preferred (training available)
Reliable transportation, driver's license, and insurance
Pass background check and drug screening
Able to lift 15 lbs. and perform hands-on care
Dependable and caring attitude
