Position Overview\nThe Wellbeing Counseling Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) for a full-time telehealth position. Work Environment\nThis position offers the flexibility of a remote work setting through our telehealth platform, allowing you to provide services to clients where they feel most comfortable. As you engage with clients digitally, you will utilize a range of technologies, including Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software, which will streamline documentation and enhance your efficiency.
Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and ongoing evaluations to tailor mental health services to the individual needs of clients. \n
- Clearly communicate client progress and treatment plans to supervisors and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including case managers and other support staff. \n
- Develop a structured schedule of appointments, home visits, and other necessary follow-ups to ensure optimal support for each client. \n
- Coordinate in-home observations and chart reviews to better understand client dynamics and treatment requirements. \n
- Implement and monitor the effectiveness of treatment plans, ensuring they are carried out as intended. \n
- Participate in regular Interdisciplinary Team Meetings to discuss case progress and formulate strategies for improved client outcomes. \n
- Document monthly and quarterly progress notes, ensuring accuracy and accessibility for team members involved in client care. \n
- Provide training and guidance to staff on program implementation and documentation best practices to maintain high service standards. \n
- Act as a liaison with community resources and stakeholders, enhancing our outreach and development goals. \n
In this role, you will engage with a diverse client population, providing care to both youth and adults facing various mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. You will be instrumental in creating a supportive environment that fosters healing and growth, advocating for each client’s unique needs and circumstances.
Qualifications\n- \n
- A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is essential. \n
- Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) within the state of New Jersey. \n
- A minimum of two years of clinical experience in counseling is required, showcasing skills in effective therapeutic methodologies. \n
- Expertise in family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed practices, or substance use counseling is highly favored. \n
- A robust understanding of legal and ethical standards guiding the mental health profession. \n
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to establish rapport with various clients and their families. \n
- Experience working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. \n
- Proficiency in using EMR systems and other relevant technology tools. \n

- Experience working in a telehealth environment is considered a plus. \n
- Specialized training in clinical assessments and therapeutic techniques is highly regarded. \n
We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 110,000 per year, commensurate with experience and client caseload. In addition to a flexible work schedule, our comprehensive benefits package includes:
