Customer Experience Representative

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Deliver professional, courteous service with all customers
  • Ability to navigate Toro systems efficiently to provide information to customer
  • Demonstrate proficiency with Toro Knowledge Management Materials by providing accurate information
  • Provide problem resolution options and next issue avoidance for the customer (i.e. advise receipts, appointment advisories, fuel recommendations, etc.)
  • Adherence to daily workforce schedule

Requirements

Qualification requirements:
  • High level of professionalism, honesty, and drive, with a passion to excel
  • Excellent communication, problem solving skills, time management, organization, and multi-tasking abilities
  • Comfortable working on the phone with customers in a high-volume call center environment
  • Ability to listen to customer challenges and issues, provide assistance towards a potential resolution, and drive overall sales
