Customer Experience Representative

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Deliver professional, courteous service with all customers
Ability to navigate Toro systems efficiently to provide information to customer
Demonstrate proficiency with Toro Knowledge Management Materials by providing accurate information
Provide problem resolution options and next issue avoidance for the customer (i.e. advise receipts, appointment advisories, fuel recommendations, etc.)
Adherence to daily workforce schedule

Requirements

Qualification requirements:

High level of professionalism, honesty, and drive, with a passion to excel
Excellent communication, problem solving skills, time management, organization, and multi-tasking abilities
Comfortable working on the phone with customers in a high-volume call center environment
Ability to listen to customer challenges and issues, provide assistance towards a potential resolution, and drive overall sales
