Responsibilities:

• Provide speech-language pathology services to our residents, including assessment, treatment, and documentation of progress

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address communication and swallowing disorders

• Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care for our residents

• Maintain accurate and timely records of services provided

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the care we provide
