Product Research Scientist

To support drug discovery efforts, the full-time remote Product Research Scientist will partner with ML and Computational Chemistry researchers to translate scientific code into production-ready software systems while driving the product lifecycle from inception to deployment. Key Responsibilities Translate internal scientific code and prototypes into robust, production-ready software systems for external product offerings Implement and integrate core scientific algorithms into scalable product platforms Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to define requirements and deployment strategies for new features Required Qualifications PhD in chemistry, biology, or a related discipline 3-5 years of relevant experience in a product-focused engineering or applied science role Experience deploying and maintaining machine learning models for scientific applications Proficiency with Python toolkits for scientific computing and machine learning Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to problem-solving
