Warehouse Associate

As a warehouse associate at Trimax mowers, you will play a key role in the efficient and safe handling of lawn-mower parts and finished mower products. You will help manage product flow — from receiving incoming shipments, storing and organizing inventory, to preparing orders for shipment. A major focus will be on accuracy, safety, and timeliness to ensure customers and dealers receive quality products on schedule.

Key duties and responsibilities include:

• Receive incoming shipments of mower parts, materials, and finished units; inspect for quantity and quality, verify against packing slips or purchase orders, and log items into inventory.
• Store and organize inventory in designated warehouse locations (shelves, racks, bins), maintaining proper labeling and stock rotation.
• Pick and pack outgoing orders (parts, accessories, mower units) for shipment to dealers or customers, following company guidelines for packaging and accuracy.
• Load and unload trucks/trailers safely using pallet jacks, forklifts or other material-handling equipment (if certified).
• Conduct inventory counts, cycle counts, and physical audits; record results and report any discrepancies or damaged goods.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment — including proper disposal of packing materials, maintaining clear aisles, and adhering to safety policies.
• Use warehouse management systems, scanners or software to track inventory and order fulfillment as needed.
• Collaborate with team members (warehouse staff, shipping/receiving, production, and assembly) to ensure smooth operations and meet shipping deadlines.
• Report any inventory, safety, or quality issues to warehouse supervisor or management immediately.
