CLIENT'S REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:- Appropriate NJ Department of Education Certification.
- Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree.
SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF THIS OPPORTUNITY:
- Demonstrate excellent leadership, organizational and communication skills and the ability to motivate and instruct students.
- Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of effective instructional strategies.
- Demonstrate knowledge of classroom management, learning assessment and diagnosis, and research related to learning.

- Monitor and document student progress.
