We offer a complete line of propulsion products for launch vehicles, missile defense, and advanced hypersonic propulsion.Essential Functions:· Provides direction to subordinate supervisors/assemblers based on general policies and management guidelines.· Interprets and executes policies that typically affect subordinate organizational groups. Coordinate work programs for shift operations.· Plans and coordinates integrated schedules for personnel, material and facilities utilization.· Provides assistance to subordinates in meeting schedules.· Responsible for assigned department budgets.· Ability to obtain a US secret security clearance.Qualifications:· Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum 6 years prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree with a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of prior related experience.Preferred Additional Skills:· Experience in implementation of a manufacturing process improvement activity is desired.· Demonstrated performance in factory operations including a thorough knowledge of scheduling, planning, forecasting, performance measurements.· Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to lead effectively in a challenging team environment.· Demonstrated leadership skills, including the ability to plan, organize, coordinate, direct and control the activities of the assigned organization.· Willingness to be available to supervise occasional overtime work as deemed necessary by company commitment to schedule.· Willingness to assist in additional job duties as assigned by Management is vital.#LI-WN1
