As an Orthodontic Assistant, you'll be at the heart of our practice, supporting our amazing doctors and providing outstanding care that keeps our patients coming back with BIGGER smiles every time.
This role requires flexibility to travel between our Reno, Sparks, and Carson City offices.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Assisting the orthodontist chairside during procedures
- Helping patients feel comfortable, informed, and cared for
- Keeping things moving in a high-energy, multi-location practice
- Supporting your teammates and celebrating wins (we love team spirit!)

What We're Looking For:
- Dental/Ortho Assisting Experience: 1–3 years preferred (but we're willing to train the right person!)
- Great Communicator: Friendly, clear, and upbeat
- Team Player: We're big on collaboration and positive vibes
- Flexible & Reliable: Must be able to travel to all locations
