Associate Manufacturing Technician - 3rd Shift

Our client, a leading organization in manufacturing, is seeking an Associate Manufacturing Technician - 3rd Shift to join their team. As an Associate Manufacturing Technician - 3rd Shift, you will be part of the manufacturing operations supporting production and quality assurance teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, teamwork, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Associate Manufacturing Technician - 3rd Shift onsite Location: Miami, FL Pay Range: $25.30 What's the Job? Execute the daily production schedule for changeovers, reviews, or packaging using manual and automated processes. Follow standard operating procedures and good document practices to ensure quality and compliance. Work both independently and as part of a team to complete all assigned tasks efficiently. Understand and carry out instructions provided in written, oral, or diagram form. Communicate status updates effectively to department Leads and Supervisors. What's Needed? At least 1-2 years of related experience in a manufacturing environment. Basic math skills to perform measurements and calculations accurately. Ability to stand, walk, and handle objects or tools regularly throughout the shift. Physical ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds occasionally.
