Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor the maintenance team to ensure all equipment and systems operate efficiently and safely.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and enhance guest satisfaction.
• Oversee the repair and maintenance of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
• Manage the department's budget, optimizing resources to achieve cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.
• Collaborate with other departments to address and resolve maintenance-related issues promptly and effectively.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and hotel policies, fostering a safe environment for guests and staff.
• Coordinate with external vendors and contractors to ensure timely and quality completion of projects and repairs.

Qualifications:

• Technical Skills: Strong background in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems with blueprint reading abilities.
• Certifications: Requires specific credentials like an HVAC or universal refrigerant license.
• Experience: Prior supervisory or hands-on trade experience within the hospitality or facility management industry.
