Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred 2-4+ years of accounting experience in construction, distribution, retail, or high-volume transactional environments preferred Strong understanding of GL reconciliations, AP/AR, and cash management Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, reconciliations) Experience with ERP/accounting systems such as NetSuite, Sage, SAP, Dynamics, or QuickBooks Enterprise Strong organizational, analytical, and problem‑solving skills Key Responsibilities Prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations, journal entries, accruals, and account analyses Support month‑end close and maintain accurate accounting records Process AP invoices, vendor reconciliations, and payment support activities Manage AR functions including invoicing, cash application, aging review, and customer account maintenance Monitor daily deposits, cash receipts, and bank reconciliations Research and resolve discrepancies, short‑pays, chargebacks, and reconciling items Support cash forecasting and maintain strong internal controls Collaborate with operations, sales, and vendors to resolve accounting issues Benefits Solid Weekly Pay – Direct deposit or payment card, your choice.
