Job description We are growing our team again! Come join us! This position is for a front of the house job for our brand new, beautifully designed flagship Stamford, CT location- fresh&co (Quick service restaurant). Job Summary: We are seeking a fun and customer service friendly person to join our team on the front line serving guests. Serving coffee, making breakfast sandwiches, teas etc....and helping with a very busy lunch rush. As a front line teammate you will be engaging guests and serving them from behind the line (fast casual no waiter nor waitress service). Check out our menu at freshandco.com. You will also be joining a rockstar fun team! Responsibilities: Serving guests from behind the front line: Coffees, breakfast sandwiches, salads, grain bowls, smoothies etc. Making Salads quickly during the lunch rush. Ensuring to go orders are made properly and greet delivery drivers for their pick up orders. Monitor food levels and replenish ingredients as needed to ensure efficient service. Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a clean and safe working environment. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate orders and ensure timely delivery of food to customers. Communicate effectively with guests and kitchen team members to maintain smooth operations during busy periods. Perform additional duties as assigned by management to support the overall success of the restaurant. Provide service with a smile! Requirements: Fun customer service personality! Team player! Ability to make a breakfast sandwich on the grill a plus! Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude. Be able to handle a lunch rush which is "short" but busy. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team. Attention to detail and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Flexibility to work one day a weekend. Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights.
