Warehouse Associate - Outbound | $19.50/hr | Mesa, AZ

Our client, a leader in their industry, is seeking reliable and experienced Warehouse Associates (Outbound) to support daily operations in a clean, safe, and fast-paced environment. If you enjoy hands-on work and being part of a strong team, this opportunity is for you!

?? What You'll Do (Outbound)

• Pick and pack customer orders for shipment

• Prepare, label, and stage outbound freight

• Handle products at heights and perform heavy lifting

• Work efficiently in a high-volume, accuracy-driven environment

• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals

• Maintain a clean, safe workspace in accordance with company standards

?? What You Need

• 1+ year of warehouse experience (inbound or outbound)

• Experience with RF scanners, order picking, packing and shipping

• Ability to lift heavy items and stand/walk for 10-hour shifts

• Comfortable working at heights (required for outbound roles)

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Steel or composite-toe shoes

• Willingness to work overtime and weekends when needed

Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday:

• 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM

• $19.50 per hour
