Job Title: Sales Associate

Location: Hazlet, NJ

Pay Rate: $24 - $25 an hour

A highly reputable company is looking for an Sales Associate to join their team! This role includes a large range of duties including but not limited to supporting account managers by managing customer accounts and requests, assist with sales forecasting, working within SAP, excel, and much more!

Responsibilities

Support Account Managers by managing customer accounts and requests.

Coordinate pricing, quotations, product samples, and documentation.

Process and monitor customer orders from receipt through delivery.

Partner with manufacturing, planning, logistics, and supply chain teams to ensure timely fulfillment.

Communicate directly with customers regarding order status, delivery schedules, pricing, and account inquiries.

Assist with sales forecasting and reporting.

Investigate order discrepancies, customer concerns, and service-related issues.

Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and maintain accurate customer records in SAP and Excel.

What a Typical Day Looks Like

Responding to customer and account manager requests.

Creating quotes and processing orders.

Updating order status and delivery information in SAP.

Coordinating with internal teams to resolve supply chain or delivery issues.

Supporting account reviews and customer service initiatives.

Essential Skills

• 1+ years of experience in sales

• Proficient within Microsoft Excel

• SAP experience preffered

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
