Description All Weather Seal of West Michigan is hiring Marketing Representatives to represent our award-winning home improvement brand at retail partner locations, community events, home shows, and trade shows throughout the Muskegon area. As a Retail & Events Marketing Representative, you'll be the face of our company- engaging homeowners, generating qualified leads, and helping to grow one of Michigan's leading home improvement companies. Responsibilities include: Represent All Weather Seal at retail stores, home shows, trade shows, festivals, and community events Greeting and engage homeowners in a friendly, professional manner Educating customers about our windows, bathroom remodeling, and roofing services Generate qualified leads and schedule free in-home consultations Collect and accurately enter customer information into company systems Maintain an organized, attractive, and inviting booth or display area Achieve individual and team lead generation goals Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and team meetings What We're Looking For Friendly, outgoing, and confident personality Strong communication and customer service skills Positive attitude with a strong work ethic Self-motivated and goal-oriented Reliable transportation Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed Comfortable standing and interacting with customers throughout your shift Previous experience is helpful but not required- we'll train the right person About All Weather Seal For more than 45 years , All Weather Seal of West Michigan has been one of Michigan's most trusted home improvement companies, specializing in replacement windows, bathroom remodeling, metal roofing, and energy-efficient home improvement solutions.
