Food Service AssociateWe will rely on you to make sure each guest receives prompt and reliable service. As a Food Service Associate you will need to have a strong commitment to teamwork, good communication skills and can adapt well to change. Food Service Associates are responsible for:Maintaining the store to the needs of management while giving excellent customer service to each guestCompleting customer transactions by scanning products or manually keying price into register, finalizing sale and collecting payment from customerEnsuring compliance with age restricted products such as tobacco, alcohol and lotteryPreparing food and beverage in a manner to meet customer expectationsFamiliarity with food handling, safety and other food service guidelinesMaintaining a clean and organized store, register area and backroomMaintaining a clean and organized kitchen areaProperly operating cooking equipmentMaintaining cleanliness outside of the storeEnsuring all deliveries are made according to company policyMaintaining safe/secure environment adhering to company safety methodsProperly recording time workedCompleting daily paperwork/record-keepingEducation and Experience:High School diploma or equivalent preferred0-6 months' work experienceRequirements:Must be at least 16 years of ageMust successfully complete company trainingPhysical Requirements:Ability to traverse all parts of the location quicklyProlonged periods of standing on a hard surfaced floorMust be able to lift, push and pull up to 25 pounds at a timeFood Service Associates will be provided with the following:Training programOpportunity for advancementPay increasesFlexible schedulesAnnual review/evaluationEmployee referral bonus programCompany paid life insuranceWeekly pay
