Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored treatment plans based on individual client needs.

• Utilize a variety of remote communication methods to engage clients, including video sessions, chat, and asynchronous journaling.

• Monitor client progress through regular check-ins, leveraging our integrated goal-setting tools to ensure accountability and therapeutic growth.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and ethical guidelines.

• Participate in regular peer consultations and supervision, collaborating with a network of over 10,000 fellow counselors for professional support and shared learning.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on low-acuity adult clients dealing with issues such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, relationship challenges, and grief. Our approach is centered on providing care to clients who are stable, enabling you to work without the complexities often associated with severe mental health conditions or children. This allows you to apply your clinical expertise in a focused manner.

Qualifications\n

• A minimum of a Master's Degree or Doctorate in Counseling or a related field.

• Active LPCC licensure with no disciplinary actions on record.

• Demonstrated proficiency in using teletherapy tools and software (experience with our all-in-one platform is a plus).

• A reliable internet connection and a working phone and PC or laptop (tablets are not supported).

Compensation and Benefits\n
