Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and diagnose patients with both acute and chronic medical conditions, employing advanced clinical skills and patient-centered approaches.
• Create and implement evidence-based treatment plans in collaboration with physicians and a multidisciplinary healthcare team, ensuring each plan is tailored to the individual needs of patients.
• Order and analyze diagnostic tests to monitor patient health and adjust treatment protocols as necessary, maintaining a focus on both immediate and long-term outcomes.
• Prescribe medications and therapies while ensuring compliance with established clinical guidelines and safety protocols.
• Educate patients and their families on effective disease management strategies, emphasizing medication adherence, lifestyle modifications, and post-discharge care.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
