Description

Our client, the U.S.'s largest commercial real estate services firm, is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to support operations at a premier retail corporate office in Los Angeles, CA . This is a highly visible, customer-facing, contract-to-hire role that combines shipping and receiving, hospitality, office support, and event setup. The ideal candidate enjoys staying active throughout the day, takes pride in providing outstanding customer service, and thrives in an environment where every day is different. Typical Day in the Role

Receive and process between 150-450 packages daily from carriers including FedEx, UPS, and DHL.
Sort, organize, and deliver packages throughout the office building.
Process outgoing shipments and assist with shipping activities.
Provide exceptional customer service to employees and delivery carriers.
Assist with conference room and event setup, including arranging tables and chairs.
Help clean up after meetings and company events.
Keep the kitchen stocked with supplies and maintain coffee stations.
Assist with general office support and special projects as needed.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shipping and receiving area.
Adapt to changing priorities and provide support wherever needed.

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
Up to 2 years of shipping, receiving, warehouse, mailroom, or related experience.
Strong customer service experience in a front-facing role.
Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 pounds.
Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods throughout the day.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Professional verbal communication skills.
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
Flexible attitude with the willingness to assist across multiple operational areas.

Preferred Qualifications

FedEx shipping experience.
International shipping experience.
Experience in a corporate mailroom, shipping/receiving, warehouse, or office services environment.
Hospitality or event setup experience.
Experience working directly with vendors and delivery carriers.
