- Safety: Prevent falls, report hazards, check equipment.
- Patient Care: Aid with hygiene, ADL devices, perineal care.
- Skin Care: Turn/position patients, inspect skin.
- Meals: Aid with feeding, record intake/output.
- Elimination: Aid with toileting, catheter care.
- Equipment: Uses patient care/transport equipment, performs technical procedures.
- Data: Record vital signs, perform EKGs, glucose monitoring.
- Customer Service: Interact tactfully with patients, families, staff.
- Clerical: Answer phones, keep records, coordinate patient movement.
- Ownership: Follow dress code, accept feedback, support policies, take part in activities.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Healthcare terminology/coursework preferred, BLS certification preferred, prior healthcare experience preferred.
- Should be able to push/pull/lift/move 35 lb. Perform manual tasks and data entry. Mobility and communication in English.
