If you’ve been interested in medical device sales, this is your opportunity — we provide training and assist with obtaining your Hearing Instrument Specialist license. Licensed candidates or audiologists are eligible for a sign-on bonus.**Compensation & Benefits*** Entry / non-licensed: $25,000–$28,000 base salary* Proven sales / licensed: $30,000–$38,000 base salary* Tiered commission up to 12%* Monthly growth bonuses* Top performers earn $90K–$120K+ annually* Group health insurance* 401(k)* Work-life balance: Monday–Friday 8–5, most weekends and holidays off**Responsibilities*** Conduct needs-based consultations and present personalized hearing solutions* Close sales ethically while exceeding revenue goals* Follow up with patients to ensure satisfaction and long-term retention* Help grow referrals and community presence* Work closely with clinical and front office staff**Qualifications*** Proven sales success (consultative or high-ticket preferred)* Strong communication skills* Goal-oriented and self-motivated* Comfortable working with older adults* Professional, coachable, and performance-driven* High School Diploma or GED* Must be 21 years of age or olderThis is not an order-taking role.
