Job Description
Vintage Floors + Finishes is seeking a Sales Manager to lead a team of account managers and drive sales. The ideal candidate is a lead from the front, player/coach who loves selling flooring, training and providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a sales team
Improve operational efficiency
Sale team development
Develop a portfolio of key builder accounts
Recruit, hire and train employees, when needed
Track monthly results and trends for business forecasting
Resolve escalated customer issues
Manage a budget and achieve financial targets
Qualifications:
5+ years leading a sales team with demonstrated growth
Bachelor's degree in business or a related field required; military leadership experience accepted in lieu of degree
Excellent written and communication skills
Proven achievements as a leader and personal sales performance
Flooring industry experience required - Custom wood floors, Tile, S&F, Carpet, LVP
