Inventory and Sales Specialist

Benchmark Auto Sales is seeking a Hybrid Inventory and Sales Specialist to keep our lot running smoothly while providing top-notch support to our sales team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and take pride in organization and presentation, this role is for you! What You’ll Do: Inventory Management
- Conduct daily inventory checks and ensure vehicles are clean, organized, and ready for customers.
- Oversee reconditioning activities, including touch-ups, interior detailing, and minor repairs.
- Coordinate with vendors and manage parts inventory for smooth vehicle preparation.
- Keep the lot looking sharp—arrange vehicles to create an inviting and professional display.
- Track vehicles needing photos and ensure they are uploaded promptly.
- Monitor and manage vehicle keys to maintain security and accountability.
- Assist the sales team during busy hours—greet customers, arrange test drives, and present vehicles.
- Help customers find the right car that fits their needs and budget.
- Collaborate with the underwriting team to ensure a smooth leasing process.
- Work with the BDC team to follow up on appointments and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Ensure vehicles ready for customer visits.
- Provide outstanding service and follow up to build customer loyalty and referrals.
- Stay informed about dealership promotions, services, and inventory.
