The Kind of Work You'll be Doing:

• Prepare, type, distribute, and maintain files of a variety of correspondence, agendas, memoranda, reports, minutes, and other materials, including those of a confidential nature.
• Maintain a professional calendar for the supervisor as well as schedule and arrange meetings.
• Coordinate meetings, events, including preparation, notification, and execution of travel arrangements, catering, housing, room reservations, and presentation materials.
• Receive, open, and distribute mail for the supervisor.
• Coordinate the creation and distribution of communication and newsletters from the supervisor to desired audiences;, i.e., supporters, partners, Cru employees.
• Review and proof documents, records, and forms for accuracy, completeness, and conformance to applicable guidelines.
• Maintain documentation up to date including, phone lists, partner mailings, etc.
• Coordinate meetings and events. Reserve rooms, coordinate meals, provide materials, etc.
