What You'll Do

• 
  Assist with billing, data entry, and account tracking

  Answer and route incoming customer phone calls
  
  



• 
  Provide general office and administrative support
  
  



• 
  Learn the billing process from start to finish
  
  



• 
  Maintain accurate records and documentation
  
  



• 
  Support team members with daily administrative tasks
  
  



• 
  Grow into additional responsibilities as you gain experience

  0-1 year of office, administrative, customer service, or related experience preferred
