*This is a clinical leadership role. Must be a Registered Nurse (RN).

Job Details:

The Executive Director of Patient Care Services will oversee Critical Care service the ICU, ICU Step Down, and Neuroscience units. The PCS Executive Director is a dynamic and seasoned leader responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality patient care across multiple departments, patient populations, and service lines at Sinai Hospital. The position combines strategic leadership with operational management, focusing on patient outcomes, staff recruitment and retention, regulatory compliance, and efficient resource allocation.

QUALIFICATIONS:

7 years of progressive leadership experience, ideally with a focus in critical care services.

Master's degree required; DNP preferred.

Registered Nurse License Current Maryland license or eligibility to obtain Maryland license.

AHA Basic Life Support (BLS).

Certifications :

Active Maryland Registered Nurse License (RN)
BLS
Master's Degree in nursing (MSN) required; DNP > Preferred
