Responsibilities We are seeking a friendly and reliable Barista to prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, and beverages while providing excellent guest service in a fast-paced resort environment. The role includes taking orders, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and ensuring consistent drink quality. The ideal candidate is guest-focused, team-oriented, and committed to delivering a welcoming hospitality experience.

WHAT YOU'LL DO AS A CANYON RANCH COLLEAGUE:

Prepare and serve a variety of specialty coffees, espresso beverages, smoothies and other café items to resort standards. Take and confirm guest orders, including any special requests, using the hotel point-of-sale system. Provide attentive service by anticipating guest needs, ensuring satisfaction, and promptly addressing questions or concerns. Maintain cleanliness, organization, and proper stocking of the bar and work areas at all times. Greet each guest promptly and courteously with eye contact and a welcoming demeanor. Position will be onsite in Spicewood, TX beginning 9/21/2026. Qualifications WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL: Bring enthusiasm, professionalism, and warm hospitality while effectively communicating with a variety of guests. Part-time and full-time positions available with flexible availability, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays. Three to twelve months of restaurant, food and beverage, or equivalent experience. Previous Barista experience preferred. Position requires regular lifting of up to 40 lbs and the ability to remain active throughout shifts. Food Handler’s certification may be required depending on assignment.
