About the Role:
As a Home Health Caregiver, you will provide personalized care and support to our clients in their own homes, promoting independence, dignity, and overall well-being. Your responsibilities will include:
• Providing assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Assisting with mobility, transfers, and ambulation
• Managing medication administration and monitoring
• Assisting with meal preparation and eating
• Providing companionship and social support
