We are a privately owned community-oriented company. This location, operated by Convenience Stores Inc- a subsidiary of Jones Petroleum, is looking for a highly skilled, self-motivated individuals looking to assist in our growing retail operation.

Produce Clerks are responsible for making sure the produce section of the store is well stocked and orderly in appearance; with a focus on food safety and food presentation. Clerks are called upon for stocking, and rotation of stock; as well as any and all duties as assigned by a member of management.

Education:

• High school or equivalent

Experience & Skills:

• Previous grocery / produce market experience is preferred. Ability to understand and implement written and verbal instruction. In addition, you must have good communication skills, and good personal grooming habits.

Requirements:

Availability:

• Evenings, weekends and the ability to work varied hours and days based on the needs of the business.
• All positions require open availability and no special accommodations can be made or guaranteed. This position is variable, which means changing schedules are a requirement of this job.
• Crew schedules are determined by business needs therefore all schedules must be flexible.

Physical Requirements:

• Physical requirements include standing up to 8 hours during a shift and able to lift up to 60 pounds, bend, stoop, and climbing a ladder is required on occasion.
• Requires you to use motion that entails pushing, pulling, stretching and continuous bilateral use of fingers and wrists.
