As a Family Practice Clinic RN, you will serve as a key member of the healthcare team, providing clinical support to providers while ensuring patients receive high-quality, efficient, and compassionate care.

Key responsibilities include:

• Prepare patients for examinations and procedures
• Obtain vital signs, medical histories, and other preliminary patient information
• Assist providers during examinations and treatments
• Perform routine office testing and clinical procedures as ordered
• Prepare and administer medications, including injectable and aerosol treatments
• Educate patients regarding medications, treatment plans, and follow-up care
• Accurately document patient information, treatments, and clinical activities
• Process prescription refill requests and respond to patient inquiries in a timely manner
• Manage incoming communications, including patient messages, mail, and provider requests
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to support quality patient outcomes

Qualifications:

Required:

• Current Illinois Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing

Preferred:

• One year of experience in a physician office, clinic, or medically related environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with all members of the healthcare team
• Excellent organizational and patient service skills

Compensation & Incentives:

Hourly Range: $26.04 - $36.45

Eligible for evening, night, and weekend shift incentives based on company policies and applicable job codes. Additional details will be provided during the interview process.
