Requirements:

• Valid Minnesota SLP license and SLP DOE certification (required)
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Previous school-based SLP experience highly valued
• Dedication to serving diverse populations of students
• Flexibility, adaptability, and willingness to travel
• Solid communication and organizational abilities

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy to a K-8 student caseload
• Assess, diagnose, and create individualized treatment plans for students with a broad range of disabilities
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
• Document progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with district policy
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to a positive school community
