Our salon is looking for talented hair stylists who are passionate about cutting hair and making their clients look great! Our team is dedicated to exceptional customer service and building up a large client base, and the ideal candidate for this role has similar goals in mind. At Sport Clips, we provide ongoing training to our hair stylists and barbers so they can stay up to date on the latest haircut trends. Full time hours are 32to 40 hours a week with weekend and mid to late shift availability. Full time we offer optionsfor Health Care, dental and vision benefits options. Full Time Vested Team Members will earn paid vacations / holiday pay. We have a stylist bonus structure where you can earn permanent pay per hour based off performance. We have an additional commission structure where you can earn up to an additional earnings per pay period. Our locations are high tip earning and will keep you busy with great tip earning potential and male clientstypically tip higher.JOB REQUIREMENTS
